Consistency is something I have struggled with in the past.

And I hate to admit it, but it's true.

That's why I am so proud of being able to continue sending these emails and not miss a single Friday all year.

Recently, I've shifted that same momentum toward social media.

I am now posting a video every weekday, just like these emails, designed to provide as much value and education as possible.

I've been posting consistently for about five weeks now, and I'm proud of what I've been able to create so far.

My goal is to help fill the gap left by the fact that most of us were never taught about real estate in school, or how closely it ties into personal finance.
