Over the past week I’ve been experimenting with some of the newest AI tools, and I have to say it feels like we’ve crossed a line technologically. I don’t think we’re going back.
I’m not talking about asking ChatGPT for a recipe or doing a quick search. I’m talking about AI systems that can run 24/7 on your computer and perform many of the tasks that used to require entry level employees.
Two tools I recently came across, Claude Cowork and OpenClaw , really opened my eyes. These platforms can draft documents, monitor email, write code, build websites, and automate workflows based on simple prompts in plain English.
In other words, you can describe what you want and the software builds it.
It’s pretty incredible!
One person can now potentially do the work that used to require an entire team. As this technology becomes more mainstream, it is going to change a lot about how businesses operate.
It’s not too late to learn how these tools work, but the window to get ahead probably will not stay open forever. If you are curious about experimenting with AI, I would even recommend using a separate computer at first while the technology continues to evolve.
I know this isn’t directly related to real estate, but changes like this affect every industry, including ours. The people who learn how to use these tools early will likely have a big advantage.
Something big is happening and it is worth paying attention to.
